From Account Query in Billing and Collections, click on the New Patient button to open a new patient setup screen.

Insurance Information

This section displays the insurance(s) that have been setup for the patient on the patient insurance setup screen. Double-click on any insurance displayed to go to the patient insurance setup screen to see the details for the insurance(s). For instructions on how to setup an insurance for the patient, go to How To Setup An Insurance For A Patient.
